What You'll Do

- Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making potential.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and email outreach.




- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in lead generation, telecalling, or sales is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
