1. Installation and Maintenance:

- Install and assemble machinery, equipment, and piping systems as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on machines, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation and prevent breakdowns.

2. Fabrication and Assembly:

- Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical components such as valves, flanges, pumps, and motors for production lines in the chemical factory.
- Measure and cut materials like metals, pipes, and sheets to precise specifications using tools like lathe machines, drills, and cutting torches.

3. Troubleshooting:

- Diagnose mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, and conveyors to minimize downtime during production.

4. Operation Support:

- Support the plant operations team by ensuring that all machinery is operating efficiently and safely.
- Monitor equipment for any unusual sounds or vibrations and report potential issues promptly.

5. Safety Compliance:

- Follow strict safety procedures and protocols to avoid accidents and ensure the health and safety of oneself and the team.
- Ensure proper functioning of safety equipment,



such as emergency shutoff valves, pressure relief systems, and other mechanical safety components.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service schedules.
- Provide reports to supervisors regarding equipment status and any issues that require attention.

7. Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Completed ITI in Fitter trade or a similar mechanical training program.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and other mechanical machinery.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in a chemical factory or industrial setting is often preferred. (at least 2 year experience)(labelling and filling machine experience preferred)
- Attention to Detail: Robust attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Safety Knowledge: Good understanding of safety procedures and practices related to chemical factory operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
