Looking for a candidate who lives close to Katraj, Pune. Preferred if they have some prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Register patients and verify personal, insurance, and billing information.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Process admissions, discharges, and referrals as required.
- Collect co-payments and issue receipts.
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments to ensure effective patient flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Perform general administrative duties,



including filing, scanning, data entry, and preparing reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative or healthcare qualifications are an advantage).
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or healthcare administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 per month
