We are looking for a seasoned & experienced Service Manager - HVAC for our Company, with the following requirements :

Position : Service Manager - HVAC

Experience : Min. 5+ Years as a Service Manager

Location : Chennai

Salary : 40,000 to 50,000

Qualification: Diploma/B.E

Desired candidate should possess the following qualities as must :

1) Should be able to handle independently, the Service Calls, Trouble Shooting Complaints, Critical Maintenance of VRF System, efficiently & effectively.

2) Completing the AMC services on time with systematic call register maintaining and implementing.

3) Better control over the Technicians team and get the best performance and results from them.

4)



Able to build & bring the quality technicians from the market and within the budget cost.

5) Able to generate additional AMC contracts & revenue for the Company.

6) Able to handle and get the retrofit VRF jobs effectively to bring additional revenue.
