Job Purpose
Manage existing retail portfolio merchants and onboard new merchants for PoS, UPI, and EMI payment solutions. Strengthen relationships through cross-sell, ring-fencing, and enhancing volume and float of merchant portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Officer will be responsible for ensuring engagement & Visitation of all Retail portfolio merchants assigned.
Merchant Engagement & Portfolio Management; Engage and visit assigned merchants; Enhance portfolio and float via activation, upselling, and cross-selling; Enable EMI activation across relevant business segments.
Target Achievement; Meet monthly merchant acquiring and cross-sell targets; Source merchant acquiring products from portfolio expansions and leads.
Cross-Sell & Profitability; Increase cross-sell penetration to create additional income; Promote bank products like Term, CC, IFB, RA, and Lending to merchants.
Sales Automation & Database Management; Use sales automation tools daily for updates and customer calls; Action and update leads and databases within turnaround time.
Document Verification & Quality Sourcing; Verify original documents,
including KYC; Ensure quality business sourcing and adherence to sales processes; Collect documents and log files as per policy.
Education:
Graduate or above.
Certifications:
Basic computer and mobile applications knowledge preferred.

Good team spirit, interpersonal skills, time management, valuable communication skills, proactive approach.
