About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, brand building, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, and marketing analytics. The candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Performance Marketing

- Manage paid marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display campaigns.
- Optimize campaign performance based on ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

SEO & Website Management

- Lead SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword optimization.
- Improve website traffic, ranking, and user experience.
- Coordinate with developers and content teams for website updates and landing page optimization.

Content & Social Media Marketing

- Oversee content marketing strategies including blogs, email marketing, creatives, and video campaigns.
- Manage company social media presence and engagement across platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and digital presence.

Analytics & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools, and marketing dashboards.




- Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, agencies, and external vendors.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of lead generation, funnel optimization, and marketing automation.
- Excellent understanding of digital trends, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling high-budget campaigns and performance-driven marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or SEO tools will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and marketing teams.
- Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, EdTech, IT, E-commerce, or Service Industry is preferred.
