ABOUT REDIAL CLINIC

ReDial Clinic (Reversing Diabetes with Lifestyle Management) is one of India's pioneering physician-led centres focused on reversing chronic metabolic disease — not merely managing it. Founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh, the clinic has helped over 1,000 patients achieve meaningful reversals across Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity, PCOS, Dyslipidaemia, and Fatty Liver through structured, evidence-based lifestyle interventions.

Behind every patient's reversal journey is a smooth, well-run clinic experience — and that experience is built by our Operations team. We're looking for a dependable Clinical Operations Executive who can keep our day-to-day running like clockwork, so doctors can focus on patients and patients feel cared for at every step.

THE ROLE

This is not a back-office admin role. You will be the operational backbone of India's leading metabolic disease reversal clinic — working closely with the Doctor, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, and front-desk team to ensure every patient's journey through ReDial is smooth, well-coordinated, and well-documented. With 2+ years of experience,

you will be expected to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of scheduling, records, and day-to-day clinic coordination, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will report directly to the Founder's/Clinic

Manager's team and have real ownership over how the clinic runs day to day.

AREAS YOU'LL OWN

◆ Patient Scheduling & Follow-Ups — managing appointment bookings, follow-up scheduling, and reminders across the patient lifecycle so no patient is missed

◆ Front Desk & Patient Experience — welcoming patients,

managing wait times, and resolving day-to-day queries and concerns with warmth and patience

◆ Records & Documentation — maintaining accurate patient records, consent forms, and case files in the clinic's CRM/EMR system

◆ Cross-Functional Coordination — acting as the point of contact between doctors, nutritionists, fitness coaches, and patients to keep every care plan on track

◆ Inventory & Vendor Management — tracking medical supplies, equipment, and vendor orders to ensure the clinic never runs short

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Manage the daily appointment calendar across doctors, nutritionists, and fitness coaches, minimising overlaps and no-shows

◆ Coordinate patient check-ins, consultations, and follow-up visits to keep the clinic running on time◆ Maintain and update patient records, consent documentation, and treatment notes accurately and confidentially

◆ Serve as the first point of contact for patient queries, complaints, and escalations, resolving them promptly or routing them to the right team member

◆ Coordinate between the clinical team (Doctor, Nutritionist, Fitness Coach) to ensure patient care plans are executed without delays

◆ Track and reorder medical supplies, diagnostic kits, and clinic consumables, liaising with vendors as needed

◆ Support billing, invoicing, and payment collection processes, and follow up on pending dues where required

◆ Ensure the clinic's SOPs around hygiene, patient privacy, and consent protocols are followed consistently

◆ Maintain daily/weekly operational reports and flag bottlenecks or recurring issues to the Founder's/Clinic Manager's team

◆ Support the marketing and content teams by coordinating patient consent and logistics for testimonials or shoots

◆ Independently manage day-to-day clinic operations and multiple ongoing tasks with minimal supervision

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

◆ 2+ years of experience in clinic operations, hospital administration, healthcare coordination, or a similar patient-facing operational role

◆ Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle scheduling, records, and patient queries simultaneously

◆ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

◆ Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and comfort learning CRM or EMR software

◆ A calm, empathetic manner while dealing with patients, especially those managing chronic conditions

◆ Strong attention to detail, particularly around patient records, consent, and confidentiality

◆ Demonstrated ability to manage daily operational deliverables independently, with minimal day-to-day direction

Preferred — Strong Advantage

◆ Prior experience working in a clinic, hospital, diagnostic centre, or wellness brand

◆ Familiarity with EMR/CRM systems used in healthcare settings

◆ Basic understanding of diabetes, metabolic health, or chronic disease management

◆ Experience handling patient billing, insurance queries, or collections

◆ Experience supervising or training front-desk or junior operations staff
