Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Café Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Control inventory, stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Drive sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, POS operations, and daily reports.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of café operations, POS systems (PetPooja), and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹24,461.06 - ₹26,888.16 per month
