Assistant Quality Manager – Joe

- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Supervise QA executives and quality inspectors on all shifts.
- Monitor incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished product quality.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during production.
- Ensure proper documentation of QA records, CCPs, and traceability.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances and implement CAPA.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on audit observations.
- Verify sanitation, hygiene, and pest control activities.
- Monitor product specifications, shelf life, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Maintenance to resolve quality issues.
- Train employees on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.




- Monitor calibration of measuring instruments.
- Approve product release after quality verification.
- Ensure laboratory testing is conducted as per schedule.
- Report daily quality performance, deviations, and corrective actions to the Quality Manager.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
