About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional to join our team as Assistant Electrical Manager / Sr. Electrical Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring plant reliability, managing electrical systems, executing projects, and improving overall electrical maintenance efficiency.

This role is suitable for candidates who have strong experience in manufacturing plant electrical maintenance, utilities, troubleshooting, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects from planning to commissioning
- Handle maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, DG sets, UPS, compressors, ovens, and plant utilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
- Prepare electrical drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and documentation
- Manage installation, testing,



and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Ensure electrical safety standards and statutory compliance
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and MIS documentation
- Manage electrical spares and inventory
- Guide and supervise electrical engineers and electricians
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance in Manufacturing Industry
- Solid knowledge of:

- HT/LT Electrical Systems
- Transformers & Switchgear
- Electrical Panels
- DG Sets, UPS, Compressors & Industrial Utilities
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Fault Diagnosis & Root Cause Analysis
- Electrical Safety & Compliance
- Project Execution & Commissioning

- Experience in team handling and vendor coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, documentation)
- Language proficiency: English, Hindi & Marathi

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
