Job Summary

Liveon Technolabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and innovative R&D; Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, developing new product concepts, designing and testing prototypes, and supporting continuous product and process improvements. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and analysis for recent product development and innovation.
- Design, develop, and test prototypes and product concepts.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Perform product testing, validation, and performance evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, Quality, and Purchase teams.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
- Maintain project records, test reports,



and design revisions.
- Assist in implementing new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and R&D; projects.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of engineering design and development processes.
- Knowledge of technical drawings and documentation.
- Familiarity with testing, validation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools/software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
