Store Manager – Bailey Square, Patna (Footwear)
Location: Patna

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of retail experience, preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands, with strong knowledge of retail KPIs, team management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of retail experience, with at least 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Prior experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Robust understanding of retail operations and store KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹13,606.29 - ₹48,707.68 per month
