Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Promote and sell IT Hardware, CCTV Systems, Networking Solutions, Servers, Storage, Access Control, Biometric Systems, and related IT services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, installations, and project execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, payments, and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.




- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and managed IT services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Hardware, CCTV, Networking, or IT Infrastructure sales.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
