We are lookinf for an Architect for a reputed real estate developer based in Trivandrum known for delivering premium apartments, luxury villas, and commercial projects with a commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery.

Qualification: B.Arch (Council of Architecture Registration Preferred)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare design presentations, project documentation, and statutory drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and external consultants.
- Lead architectural planning and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Review contractor drawings and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Prepare project schedules and coordinate with project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved quality, budget, and timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants,



and government authorities when required.
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate the architectural team.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and Kerala building regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong client coordination and site management experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
