Job Description

- Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Understand learners' requirements and recommend suitable courses.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

- Address queries and provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process.

- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or education counseling.





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Target-driven with the ability to meet sales goals.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Good organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
