Candidate should be 12th or Graduate, with Diploma/Degree in HR/Admin. Working experience around 2-3 years in HR and Amin matters. Candidates staying close by locations are preferred. Sales Inquiry Handling.

- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or visits.
- Understand client requirements for storage, distribution, and logistics services.
- Provide service details, pricing, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently on open inquiries to move them toward closure.

Quotation & Negotiation

- Prepare and share quotations based on client needs and company pricing policies.




- Compare client requirements with operational feasibility before committing.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and service scope within approved limits.
- Escalate complex negotiations to senior management when required.

Documentation & Contracts

- Ensure proper documentation for new client onboarding.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and closed deals for audit and MIS.

Client Relationship Management

- Build rapport with prospective clients to encourage long‑term partnerships.
- Coordinate client visits to warehouse facilities and demonstrate capabilities.
- Collect feedback post‑closure and ensure smooth handover to operations team.

Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain inquiry tracker with status updates (open, follow‑up, closed).
- Share weekly/monthly sales inquiry closure reports with management.

Coordinate with operations, accounts, and admin teams to align commitments with delivery

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
