PsyNest is a child-focused Therapy and Early Intervention Centre committed to supporting children with communication, developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. We provide evidence-based intervention services in a nurturing and family-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.

Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.

Conduct one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions.

Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language disorders, learning disabilities, and other special needs.

Implement evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, social communication, and feeding skills.

Monitor, document, and report client progress regularly.

Provide parent counseling, guidance, and home programs.

Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Maintain accurate clinical records and therapy documentation.





Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).

Registration with the relevant professional council as applicable.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in pediatric therapy and early intervention is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with children and families.
