Job Overview

Atiya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Liaison & Security Manager to oversee government liaison activities, statutory compliance coordination, and security operations. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with local authorities, excellent crisis management abilities, and experience handling administrative and security-related responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesLiaison & Government Relations

- Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate licenses, registrations, approvals, and compliance-related documentation.
- Follow up on statutory matters and ensure timely completion of government-related processes.
- Represent the organization before government and regulatory authorities when required.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with key stakeholders.

Security & Administration

- Manage day-to-day security operations for office and healthcare facilities.
- Supervise security staff, agencies, and deployment schedules.
- Ensure implementation of security protocols, visitor management, and access control measures.




- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Handle emergency situations, crisis management, and escalation resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–15 years of experience in liaisoning, government relations, administration, or security management.
- Strong network with local authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Experience handling security operations and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle escalations and crisis situations.

Preferred Candidate

- Ex-Defense, Ex-Army, Ex-Police, or candidates with strong government liaison experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
