- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning needs.
- Recommend suitable online UG/PG programs offered by our partner universities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, Sales, Counseling, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
