Position: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Qualification: Diploma or any Degree in Civil/Interior Design
Experience: Knowledge in interior works is required
Salary: starting ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Project supervision: Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring work is executed as per design and quality standards.
- Interior works management: Coordinate and monitor interior finishing tasks including carpentry, painting, flooring, and electrical fittings.
- Team coordination: Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Quality assurance: Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
- Safety compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple tasks.
