Job Summary:

To drive application development, customer engagement, and technical support for Non-Dairy Whipping Cream and Bakery product categories. The role will bridge R&D; and Commercial functions by developing innovative bakery solutions, conducting product demonstrations, gathering market insights, and supporting business growth through customer-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product Application & Development

- Develop and optimize applications using Non-Dairy Whipping Creams, bakery premixes, fillings, toppings, and related bakery ingredients.
- Create innovative recipes and bakery solutions aligned with customer and market requirements.
- Conduct product performance evaluations and benchmarking against competitor products.
- Support current product development (NPD), product improvement, and cost optimization projects.

Customer & Technical Support

- Provide technical application support to key customers, distributors, and sales teams.
- Conduct bakery demonstrations, customer trials, and technical presentations.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues and recommend suitable solutions.

Market Engagement

- Spend a minimum of 2 days per week in the market visiting customers, bakeries, HoReCa accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Gather market intelligence, emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and portfolio expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Procurement, and R&D; teams to deliver business objectives.
- Translate customer requirements into product development projects.
- Support commercial teams in customer acquisition and business development initiatives.

Training & Capability Building





- Conduct internal and external training sessions on bakery applications and product usage.
- Develop application manuals, SOPs, technical bulletins, and training materials.

Experience

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Bakery Applications, Bakery Ingredients, Non-Dairy Whipping Creams, Bakery Premixes, Cake Decoration, or Food Ingredients industry.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles and application development is mandatory.
- Experience working with commercial/sales teams and managing key customer projects will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree, prefered in Bakery Technology, Food Technology, Hotel Management (Specialization in Bakery & Confectionery), Culinary Arts (Bakery & Pastry)
