Civil CADD Trainer

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Civil CADD Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in Civil Engineering design and drafting software. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, practical industry knowledge, and a passion for mentoring students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Deliver classroom and practical training on Civil CADD software and engineering concepts.

✔ Train students in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit Architecture, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and related Civil Engineering tools.

✔ Prepare training materials, assignments, practical exercises, and project-based learning modules.

✔ Conduct hands-on sessions on drafting, modeling, structural design, and BIM workflows.

✔ Guide students in real-time projects and industry-relevant applications.

✔ Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations.

✔ Update course content based on industry standards and emerging technologies.

✔ Provide technical support and career guidance to students.

✔ Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.

✔ Support placement activities through interview preparation and technical mentoring.

Qualifications & Skills





✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Civil CADD training, teaching, or industry practice (preferred).

✔ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit Architecture, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and related software.

✔ Valuable understanding of Civil Engineering drawings, planning, estimation, and structural concepts.

✔ Experience in 2D Drafting, 3D Modeling, BIM, and Construction Documentation.

✔ Ability to conduct practical sessions and guide students on projects.

✔ Knowledge of industry standards, engineering drawings, and construction workflows.

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills.

✔ Relevant certifications in Civil CADD or BIM will be an added advantage.
