We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Counselor to handle client consultations, drive sales conversions, and contribute to business growth in the Skin Care & Wellness segment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face client consultations and recommend suitable services/packages.

Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Handle client queries, objections, and ensure high conversion rates.

Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing clients.

Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.

Maintain client records and daily sales reports.

Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in Sales / Counselling , preferably in Wellness, Skin Care, or Healthcare industry.

Solid communication and convincing skills.





Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Job Location: Mumbai

Training: 7–15 days in Chandigarh (Unpaid)

Accommodation, Meals & Travel: Provided by the Company during the training period.

Salary: Salary will commence after successful completion of the training and joining at the Mumbai branch.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Employment Agreement: 2-Year Service Agreement is mandator
