Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, generating quality leads, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. You will work closely with the creative and content teams to build high-performing campaigns for clients across different industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and create custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Pixel.
- Generate regular campaign reports with actionable insights.




- Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and funnel strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
