Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the financial operations of our entities engaged in: Interior Design & Build, Woodworking Production, and Retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing inter-company transactions, and providing explicit MIS reports to help us track the profitability of each arm of the business.

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting & Costing:

- Manage day-to-day accounting for all three companies using ERP/Accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho).
- Cost Centre Management: Allocate expenses and overheads accurately across different design projects and manufacturing units to determine true project-wise profitability.
- Track Raw Material (RM) costs for woodworking and inventory valuation for the retail sector.

2. Statutory Compliance (GST & Taxation):

- End-to-end GST management: accurate invoicing, filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and reconciling GSTR-2B with purchase registers.
- Ensure timely TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly return filings.
- Handle E-way bill generation for the movement of furniture and materials. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

3. MIS & Reporting:





- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements for each entity.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (Collections) and Accounts Payable (Vendors/Contractors).
- Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company ledger reconciliations.

4. Operations Support:

- Coordinate with the design team for project billing and the production team for factory expense tracking.
- Assist in annual audits and tax assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce (b.com) or Inter-CA/CMA.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience (preferably in the Interior Design, Construction, or Manufacturing industry).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of GST laws, Tally Prime, and MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, ability to multitask across different business verticals, and high integrity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
