Key Responsibilities:
Validate business requirements, data specifications, and technical documentation, providing strategic feedback to drive continual improvement and innovation in data delivery.
Provide the development, implementation, and continual improvement of data visualization and reporting processes, transitioning from manual reporting to automated, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric-driven solutions.
Support the integration and management of data sources, leveraging Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to automate data extraction, transformation, loading and visualization in support of business initiatives.
Collaborate with lead operational data architects and data analysts to proactively identify data-related challenges and deliver adaptive, technology-driven and innovative solutions to business pain points.
This role covers end-to-end data engineering, semantic modeling, and reporting delivery in a production-scale workplace
Design and implement Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture using Bronze/Silver/Gold (medallion) patterns
Build and orchestrate pipelines using Fabric Data Factory
Model optimized star schemas and design Power BI semantic models
Apply data quality checks, governance standards, and documentation/runbooks
Configure Row-Level Security (RLS)

Manage monitoring, alerting, and reliability of production workloads
