About the role:

Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Property Detail Reports, Open Lien Reports, and Bankruptcy PACER Reports.

Responsibilities/Expertise:

Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Property Detail Reports, Open Lien Reports, and Bankruptcy PACER Reports.In-depth knowledge of the Initial Credit Decision (ICD) and underwriting review process, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.

Perform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).





Conduct preliminary borrower assessments based on the documentation to determine initial loan eligibility.

Order third party reports AVMs, Property Detail Report, Open Lien Report, and Bankruptcy PACER Report.
