Job Description: Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Performance Marketing Intern who will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and experiment with performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn

- Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

- Help in A/B testing creatives, ad copies, and landing pages

- Generate performance reports and insights

- Work on audience targeting and retargeting strategies

- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives

- Stay updated with latest trends in digital and performance marketing

- Support in achieving campaign KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid ads

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with Google Ads,



Meta Ads, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory)

- Good communication and reporting skills

- Ability to work with data and derive insights

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads

- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools

- Understanding of funnels, conversions, and user journeys

- Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing

Compensation Structure

- Monthly stipend based on performance and skill level
