Job Summary

H.S. Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced In-House Lawyer to manage the company's legal affairs, ensure compliance with applicable laws, mitigate legal risks, and provide strategic legal support across real estate and construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Handle legal matters related to real estate, construction projects, land acquisition, and property documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including RERA, Contract Act, Companies Act, Labour Laws, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain legal records, case files,



and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications

- LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
- Registered with the Bar Council of India.
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure companies.
