Leaders Fitness Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counselor to join our Kannur team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students toward the right career choices.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding our fitness and certification programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Academic Counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident,



and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
