To be responsible for contract negotiations, audit planning, budgeting, and vendor management
Key Responsibilities
1. To Be Responsible For Multiple Facility Management Teams With Valuable Understanding Of Qhse Aspects Of Facility Operations And Assist In The Delivery Of F&B; Services As Per Set Standards At The Facility
2. To Conduct Open House Sessions For Grievance Redressal And Support The Team In Managing Functional Crises/Emergencies
3. To Negotiate Contracts With Vendors, Signing Of Sow/Slt/Tats, And Coordinate With Government Authorities (Like Tmc, Pcb, Fire Dept., Besom Etc.).
4. To Support Iso, Isms, & Bcm Audit Planning & Annual Budget Preparation For Facilities.
