Job Summary

Mountain Infra Building OPC Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Monitor work progress and maintain project schedules.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Labour & Contractor Management

- Manage labour teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Assign daily work and monitor productivity.
- Maintain labour attendance and site discipline.
- Coordinate with contractors to achieve project milestones.

Quality Control

- Ensure construction quality as per company standards.
- Inspect RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify measurements, alignment, and workmanship.
- Report defects and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Material Management

- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Check the quality and quantity of incoming materials.




- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure all safety regulations and PPE requirements are followed.
- Conduct routine safety inspections.
- Report accidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Maintain measurement books, site registers, and work records.
- Report project progress, delays, and site issues to management.
- Assist in project documentation and handover activities.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Labour and subcontractor management.
- Material planning and inventory control.
- Quality inspection and site coordination.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and WhatsApp reporting.
