Job description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically appealing, and innovative interior spaces. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in space planning, interior detailing, material selection, and site coordination while ensuring projects are executed as per design specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and floor plans based on client requirements.
- Develop space planning layouts that maximize functionality and aesthetics.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, and interior detailing.
- Oversee interior finishing works with comprehensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and their applications.
- Coordinate with plumbing, electrical, civil, gypsum, HVAC, and furniture teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and décor elements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review drawings and resolve on-site design and execution issues.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines while maintaining quality and design standards.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and detailing.
- Expertise in interior finishing materials and construction methods.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary works including civil, electrical, plumbing, gypsum, and furniture installations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and project execution.
