Experience :- 8 to 12 Years in Real Estate
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (sometimes M.Tech or PMP certification is an advantage).
Working Days : - 6 days (Monday to Saturday ) & ( Sunday only week Off)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, effective cost control, accurate MIS reporting, and compliance with company standards and statutory requirements. The role requires close coordination with design consultants, contractors, finance, procurement, and project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and manage master project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare phase-wise and tower-wise construction schedules covering design, approvals, procurement, and execution.
- Establish baseline schedules and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and milestone plans.

Project Monitoring & Control

- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Identify project risks, delays, and constraints related to design, approvals, materials, and contractor performance.
- Develop recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor critical path activities and schedule adherence.

Coordination & MIS Reporting

- Coordinate with design consultants, PMC, contractors, finance, procurement, sales, and statutory approval teams.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.




- Develop dashboards and KPI reports covering project progress, cost status, cash flow, and handover timelines.

Cost Planning & Monitoring

- Support project budgeting, cost planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor planned versus actual costs, contractor billing, and certification status.
- Assist management in cost control, value engineering, and financial decision-making.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, approvals, and planning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and company processes.
- Support delay analysis, claims, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Planning Software & Systems

- Lead planning activities using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Coordinate planning data integration with BIM models, AutoCAD drawings, and ERP systems.
- Drive improvements in planning systems, MIS automation, and digital reporting.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor planning engineers and project control teams.
- Establish planning standards and ensure consistent reporting across multiple projects.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning updates to senior management.
