Key Responsibilities :

Loan Pool Sourcing for Internal Collections

- Identify and acquire retail or SME loan portfolios from banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and ARCs.

- Evaluate pool suitability for internal collections, based on vintage, asset class, geography, and legal profile.

- Build robust origination relationships with institutional lenders to ensure a steady pipeline of fresh recovery opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams to ensure smooth transition and integration of acquired portfolios.

- Own revenue and margin targets for both sourced and unsecured portfolios.

Business Development – Digital Collections as a Service

- Lead B2B sales efforts for the organization's digital collections platform targeting external financial institutions.

- Develop tailored commercial models (e.g., success-based, hybrid,



or subscription) based on client needs.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

- Establish partnerships with fintechs, legal firms, skip tracing providers, and resolution agents.

- Expand service offerings into adjacent areas such as legal recovery, fraud detection, or analytics-driven dunning.

Team Leadership & Operational Coordination

- Manage a team of investment analysts to support pricing, pool evaluation, portfolio reporting, and performance analysis.

Coordinate with internal collections, legal, and tech teams to ensure operational alignment post-onboarding of pools or clients.
