Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QS & Billing Engineer to join our construction team at our Hoskote project. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, client and subcontractor billing, cost monitoring, and ensuring timely and accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
- Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Verify and certify subcontractor bills.
- Track project quantities, variations, and change orders.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and billing.
- Perform rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
- Maintain billing records, measurement books (MBs), and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.

Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing for construction projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with billing/estimation software is an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary

₹30,000–₹50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
