Position

Closing Manager – Sales

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in sales closing of residential/commercial projects is mandatory.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.

Salary

₹45,000 – ₹50,000 Gross per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in and referred clients at the sales office.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Conduct project presentations and coordinate site visits.
- Assist Sales Executives in converting leads into bookings.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Accounts teams for booking and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of booking forms and customer documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Achieve monthly sales closure targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential plotting, apartments, or commercial real estate.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
