- Own end-to-end recruitment for Academic/Faculty Experts, BDE, B2B Operations, B2B Academics, Placement Executive, and Operations roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Coordinate and conduct demo/teaching sessions for faculty candidates and consolidate evaluator feedback.
- Schedule interviews across multiple rounds and interviewers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and pipeline dashboards across all open roles.
- Prepare hiring MIS and reports on sourcing funnel, conversion, and time-to-fill.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and candidate fit.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through offer rollout.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
