Location: Memnagar, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Education: Any Graduate or relevant degree

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, online bidding, and international sales activities within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Handle online bidding through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar marketplaces.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or IT Services Sales.
- Experience with international client handling and online bidding platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Quick learner with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
