To amplify Ikka's impact through compelling communication, build and nurture partnerships, support fundraising and placement efforts, and strengthen alumni engagement to expand livelihood and career opportunities for programme participants.

- Prepare proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, programme updates, impact stories, reports, and other communication materials for fundraising and partnerships.
- Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, websites, posters, reports, and other communication collateral.
- Document workshops, training sessions, field visits, and participant journeys through photographs, videos, case studies, and impact stories.
- Research, identify, and coordinate outreach with CSR partners, donors, placement organisations, and other strategic partners; maintain outreach trackers and support follow-ups.
- Support career transition and placement initiatives by coordinating with employers, maintaining placement databases, sharing opportunities with participants, tracking placement outcomes, and supporting alumni engagement activities.
