Key Result Areas:

Grow TGP business and strengthen TGP Brand in the territory by engaging with mechanics, re-borers and key account technicians. Perform the following activities:

- Beat coverage – Ensure 100% weekly coverage and report to TSE/ APM as per TML Guidelines
- Strengthen relationship with Tata Guru & Engine Experts
- Identify Current mechanics/ re-borers and inform TSE for addition to Tata Guru/ Engine Experts program
- Increase active (Purchase TGP) Tata Gurus & Engine Experts every month
- Improve TGP brand prominence at garages by placing posters, banners, etc.
- Interact with mechanics and re-borers and increase fitment by

o Promote new products/ focused parts etc.

o Arrange product demos, carry samples and catalogues

o Inform them about TGP range available

- Execute BTL activities such as Uphaar mela, mechanic meets, re-borer meets and trainings etc.
- Help Tata Guru by SMS of points (coupons)
- Gather product feedback and information on spurious parts




- Capture part requirements of Tata Guru and provide to TSE/ APM for stocking at retailers
- Promote Tata Techline among Tata Gurus

Qualifications:

- Diploma/ ITI/ Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering
- Prior workshop experience – Preferred Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Language – Local Language (Required) & English (Preferred)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
