Job Title: Telecaller – Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain insurance products, generate leads, schedule appointments, and assist customers with policy-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable making outbound and receiving inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, and policy features clearly.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for insurance advisors/sales representatives.
- Follow up with prospective customers to encourage policy purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic policy information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
