ACCOUNTS MANAGER (DWARKA)

Position: Accounts Manager

Number of Posts: 3
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Dwarka, Recent Delhi – 110075 (In-person)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle and supervise MIS reporting and internal/external audits
- Coordinate with multiple units/branches to collect and validate financial data
- Oversee general accounting, including bank reconciliation and creditors/debtors reconciliation
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for account reconciliation and closure
- Finalize GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
- Facilitate preparation of financial statements and reports
- Manage General Ledger and month-end closing activities
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all financial transactions
- Lead and manage a small accounting team and ensure timely reporting

Documentation and Record Keeping

- Maintain organized and well-documented financial records
- Ensure easy retrieval, accessibility, and compliance with audit requirements

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably managing multiple accounts or units
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws (Income Tax & GST)
- Proficiency in Tally and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Experience in creating MIS reports

Experience

- Accounting: 5 – 7 years (Preferred)
- Team Handling: 2 – 5 years (Preferred)
