Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Coordinator with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage and coordinate design activities across projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate design development activities from concept to final execution

Act as a point of contact between design teams, project managers, consultants, and vendors

Review design drawings, layouts, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project standards

Ensure timely submission and approval of design deliverables as per project timelines

Track design revisions, approvals, and documentation systematically

Support value engineering and design optimization initiatives

Resolve design-related issues and ensure smooth information flow across teams

Maintain design records, BOQs, and version control





Assist in coordination during site execution to ensure design intent is maintained

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in design coordination or a similar role

Strong understanding of design drawings, construction documents, and specifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of design tools (Revit/SketchUp is a plus)

Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
