Varna Group of Companies is seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Central Kerala operations. This is a strategic field role focused on bridging the gap between our premium product range and industry professionals. You will be responsible for representing our 36-year legacy and securing specifications for premium residential and commercial projects throughout the Central Kerala region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Professional Networking: Identify and meet with key industry professionals (Architects, Builders, and Designers) in Central Kerala to introduce our brand and product portfolio.
- Project Acquisition: Proactively visit construction sites—ranging from premium homes to commercial developments—to generate leads and f inalize sales.
- Consultative Selling: Understand technical requirements and propose interior/exterior solutions that align with project needs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term associations with stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of local projects.

Requirements:

- Industry Experience:



Prior experience in the Construction, Interior, or Exterior solutions industry is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive in challenging environments and meet ambitious field targets.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
