Coordinator:

Ø To effectively handle enquiry and outbond calls of home care department

Ø To provide detailed information about home care services and convert enquiries to services.

Ø To coordinate with HOD in staff allocations and follow up for timely service delivery.

Ø To keep maintain database of patients and follow up.

Ø To coordinate with other departments such as patient liason, N&D; and Clinical assistants to effectively deliver home care services

Ø To maintain all reports and records as per standard operating procedure

Ø To submit services and calls reports to HOD on regular basis.
