Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Identify unsafe conditions and practices and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and implement Safety SOPs, Emergency Response Plans, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, induction programs, and awareness sessions for employees and workers.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and monitor compliance.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, work-at-height, confined-space, lifting, excavation, and machinery safety procedures.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident registers, and statutory documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
