Job Description – Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

Talent Acquisition with experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Blue-Collar, Grey-Collar, and Entry-Level White-Collar positions.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements while ensuring quality and timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Organize and coordinate Campus Drives,



Walk-in Interviews, and Virtual Interview Drives.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Collect interview feedback, negotiate offers where applicable, and complete joining formalities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining to reduce offer dropouts.
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
