Job Summary
The Senior SharePoint Administrator plays a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and operational excellence within the organization. 2. Provide Advanced Support For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues In Sharepoint.
3. Manage And Update The Knowledge Base Related To Sharepoint Administration, Contributing To Knowledge Transfer And Training Initiatives For Recent Team Members.
4. Resolve Complex Tickets Related To Sharepoint Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain Security Posture.
