Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the rehabilitation centre's services, increasing patient referrals, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and enhancing the centre's brand presence. The role involves both field and digital marketing activities to support business growth and community awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient admissions and referrals.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, physicians, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers to build referral networks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, corporate organizations, NGOs, and community groups.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.




- Track marketing activities and report performance metrics to management
- Support online and offline promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field in Psychology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability in field marketing, client relationship building, or sales
- Familiarity with pediatric therapy, child development, or healthcare (preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
